Dustin Hall is the Founder and President of Paradigm Construction. A native of Tomball, Texas, Dustin began his construction career in 1999 working under some of the local market’s top professionals. In 2013, he founded Paradigm with a vision to build projects that serve communities while operating with a higher standard of integrity and leadership.
Over the past 13 years, Paradigm Construction has grown into a respected commercial general contractor. That growth has been driven by the company’s core values Dedicated, Relationships, Integrity, Value, and Excellence, which guide every project and partnership.
