After 35 years of building airports and commercial projects across the country, Bob Postma, Vice President of Operations, is now focused on building the people who build the buildings. He rose through the ranks of the general contracting industry before serving as Director of Corporate Real Estate for Continental Airlines. Having worked on the owner side, Bob brings a valuable perspective to Paradigm’s construction management and field operations, always with a focus on client needs.
That experience also shaped the way Bob leads today. He knows the right questions to ask to uncover the best answers, helping project teams better understand and respond to client priorities. His approach plays an important role in building successful projects, strong relationships, and a lasting positive impact on the people and places touched by Paradigm’s work.
Bob comes to work each day motivated by the opportunity to contribute to communities today and for generations to come. He believes the churches, schools, and other spaces Paradigm builds serve as a ministry that supports others and helps grow God’s kingdom.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time at the lake, tinkering with old cars, and being with his wife and family. And during football, basketball, or baseball season, you can count on him to be cheering on his beloved Aggies. Gig ’em!
